Hotel Crocus - Zakopane

We loved our stay! The Deluxe Double room was spacious with great storage, and we especially enjoyed the heated bathroom floor. The sauna was a perfect spot for relaxation post-hike, but the breakfast lacked variety.

Excellent hotel, everything was perfect. The swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi are usually empty, though, that was enough space to swim and relax without any noisy people or kids. I reccommend pay more for the more luxurious hotel because after you would be enjoying a time full of relax. Everything is close to that hotel - even the famous street Krupowki and the mountains (NP Tatry) for shopping or hiking.

Everything was perfect, the minibar might have been too expensive. And from the road side there was big noise because of passing cars by.

Very warm and friendly staff the room we had was to a very high standard and would highly recomend this hotel to all travellers for many reasons. 1. A beautifull swimming pool and sauna and steam room also very clean 2. Very nice clean restaurant with a good variety of food and wines 3. Good location for the mountains and main attractions 4. My wife and I will come back again

Nice room with a balcony at a great price. Helpful staff. Spa facilities particularly welcome after a long day's hiking in the Tatras.

The hotel is around 20 minutes walk from the centre of Zakopane... but this is also a plus point in some ways as you are away from the hustle and bustle of Krupowki.

No chairs/loungers available for balcony. Curtains kept coming off the rails. Bar/lobby area is functional but not inviting or relaxing.

The room offered a soothing view over the river. Breakfast was a highlight, with a diverse selection of grilled dishes, fish, and fruits, all tasty. While the spa facilities were enjoyable, it felt somewhat crowded during peak hours. The dining experience was pleasant but at times, service was a tad slow, impacting the overall enjoyment.

The spa facilities are perfect way to relax after a day out hiking or skiing. Hotel staff is very professional and helpful. Would recomend to everyone who seeks a bit of peace and comfort.

Modern and practical modern central european style hotel. Feels designed for the high end business traveller. Good parking and pleasant Wetrooms. Great location for mountains and town with transport links close by.

Lack of atmosphere in the bar area

Amazing place with great amenities like a friendly staff, indoor swimming pool, and pets allowed. I remember when they printed important documents for me during my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for Easter.

3rd bed in triple room was very uncomfortable and hard, pool depth bit hard for kids, distance from town centre, 1 pillow extra would be nice, buffet breakfast lacked hot options

Our room was clean and designed in a very modern style. The breakfast was excellent they provided a many different types of tasty food. The staff was really helpful so we could get all the tourists information we needed. I also would like to highlight the beautiful environment: the nice brook and the trees. Generally I do recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to spend some great days in Zakopane.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, with a lovely spa area with an indoor pool and friendly staff who made our stay nice.

Staff were very helpful.

Food was excellently cooked, prepared.and presented the only criticism was that the meat did not seem to be of very good quality. We ordered the Lamb and Duck.
